JCI Makati: Empowering Youth Through Leadership Development

I lead JCI Makati with a clear vision, steering our chapter towards impactful initiatives under the Drive for Change campaign. My goal is to enhance collaboration and establish a strategic direction through the Drive For Change Leadership Framework that empowers our team to make a lasting impact in our community through various JCI Makati programs focused on leadership development.

In my role as Executive Vice President, I support the President in implementing our chapter’s goals and oversee key JCI Makati programs to ensure they align with the Drive for Change. I coordinate efforts across teams to maximize our impact and drive tangible results through the Drive For Change Leadership Framework, focusing on leadership development.

As Vice President for Internal Affairs, I focus on strengthening our organization from within by fostering engagement and promoting member well-being. I’m committed to ensuring that our internal programs, including the JCI Makati programs, align with our mission and contribute positively to the Drive for Change campaign and the Drive For Change Leadership Framework, all while supporting our leadership development initiatives.

I build strategic partnerships and work to enhance JCI Makati’s visibility within the community and beyond. I’m dedicated to expanding the reach of the Drive for Change campaign and implementing the Drive For Change Leadership Framework by creating opportunities for impactful collaborations that align with JCI Makati programs focused on leadership development.

In my role as Vice President for Membership Development, I’m focused on growing and strengthening our membership by fostering engagement, training, and development through our JCI Makati programs. I drive recruitment and retention efforts to expand our impact, ensuring we have a committed team for the Drive for Change campaign, aligned with the Drive For Change Leadership Framework, which emphasizes leadership development.

I lead initiatives that uplift and empower communities in need through the Drive for Change campaign. By implementing JCI Makati programs focused on leadership development, I drive meaningful progress towards sustainable change.

As Executive Secretary, I ensure seamless communication and keep our chapter organized by documenting all activities accurately. I support the Drive for Change campaign and the Drive For Change Leadership Framework by keeping members informed and maintaining essential records for transparency and coordination. Additionally, I play a crucial role in promoting JCI Makati programs that focus on leadership development.

I oversee our chapter’s financial health, carefully managing budgets to ensure that resources are effectively used. My goal is to support the sustainability of the Drive for Change initiative and its associated JCI Makati programs through strategic financial planning. This aligns with the Drive For Change Leadership Framework, helping us maximize our impact and enhance our leadership development efforts.
